NAAM House Initiative, inc, offers comprehensive support and guidance for disabled veterans in order to foster independence and garner better long-term results. NAAM House offers, a transitional housing program is available for New York residents who do not have more than $24,000 in liquidatable assets, no active substance abuse, and no dishonorable discharge. We take a majority of our referrals from Disabled American Veterans (DAV) and Veteran Affairs Harbor Hospital who we have partnered to provide a better network of coverage for veterans in need.

There are no requirements for 24-hour nursing care, but keep in mind that our facilities are wheelchair inaccessible and we cannot provide assistance for those with extreme psychological disabilities. Our veterans are here to help you live a better, more fulfilled life.
